MAG COIN TOKENOMICS
The MAG COIN tokenomics framework is designed around transparency, responsible stewardship, verifiable blockchain information, and sustainable long-term development rather than short-term speculation.
Tokenomics should explain how the token functions—not create unrealistic expectations. MAG COIN is committed to presenting factual, verifiable token information while clearly distinguishing completed features from future plans.
VERIFIABLE TOKEN DATA
MAG is the native token of the MAG ecosystem on Base Mainnet. MAG COIN is committed to publishing clear, accurate, and verifiable token information through official project channels and public blockchain records.

The recorded total supply is 1,000,000,000 MAG with 18 decimals. The verified contract source does not expose a public minting function, and the initial supply was created during contract deployment.
SUPPLY ACCOUNTABILITY
MAG COIN distribution information is presented according to the current verified state of the ecosystem. MAG COIN will not publish speculative allocation percentages or describe planned distributions as completed.

CURRENT DISTRIBUTION RECORD
The majority of MAG remains under project or founder control during the early development stage. A detailed public allocation framework should be published before broader distribution or promotional activity.
An active MAG/USDC liquidity position exists on Uniswap v3. Liquidity remains limited and should not be presented as deep or mature market liquidity.
A historical WETH/MAG Uniswap v3 position is locked through FlokiFi. It is preserved as legacy liquidity evidence and is not presented as the primary MAG COIN market.
No final community-distribution percentage is being published until a documented allocation policy has been approved and can be implemented transparently.
A formal founder and project allocation policy remains to be completed. Future disclosures should distinguish founder holdings, treasury reserves, liquidity, and ecosystem allocations.
Treasury and ecosystem reserves should be governed through documented movement records, defined purposes, and responsible spending controls.
No token allocation should be described as final until it has been approved, documented, and reflected accurately in project records. Future allocation disclosures should clearly identify project treasury, founder holdings, liquidity, community distribution, ecosystem development, and any other material supply category.
Any material transfer of project-controlled MAG should be recorded with its purpose, amount, recipient category, transaction hash, and resulting balance whenever disclosure is reasonably possible.
MAG COIN remains an early-stage project with highly concentrated holdings. Concentration can create governance, liquidity, market, and confidence risks. This condition should be disclosed honestly and addressed through a clear, gradual, and documented allocation policy.
RESPONSIBLE UTILITY
MAG utility will develop gradually and responsibly. Future use cases should be documented, reviewed, and verified before public promotion. No utility should be announced merely to create speculative interest.
MAG COIN is currently an early-stage token with developing ecosystem utility. No staking rewards, revenue rights, guaranteed benefits, or investment returns are being promised.
MAG may support participation within the MAG ecosystem as clearly defined products, services, tools, or community programs are developed and verified.
Governance participation may be introduced gradually after the required legal, technical, operational, and security foundations are sufficiently mature.
MAG is intended to support long-term community alignment through transparent communication, responsible development, and shared project objectives.
The token may support future education-first initiatives, project awareness, documentation access, or community learning programs where appropriate.
Future access-based utility may be considered for services or features that provide genuine value without creating misleading investment expectations.
MAG may be considered for responsible integrations or partnerships only after technical, compliance, security, and sustainability reviews.
MAG COIN will not describe proposed features as active utility. Planned integrations, access mechanisms, governance functions, or community benefits should be announced only when there is a credible implementation path and sufficient evidence to support the claim.
GOVERNANCE & STEWARDSHIP
Governance of MAG COIN should evolve responsibly as the ecosystem, community, and operational capabilities mature. MAG COIN will avoid making governance commitments that cannot yet be implemented or verified.
Stewardship extends beyond technical development. It includes responsible treasury management, transparent communication, accurate documentation, security oversight, and preserving the long-term credibility of the MAG ecosystem.
Governance mechanisms, voting systems, treasury policies, delegation, or community participation models should only be introduced after appropriate technical, operational, and security readiness. Until then, governance decisions remain guided by MAG COIN's published Constitution, Whitepaper, and Transparency commitments.
